During my stay, I found the staff, particularly Mr Al Ghanim and Mr Mumtaz, to be exceptionally attentive. Their personal touch made a difference, ensuring our family's needs were met seamlessly. The electric kettle in the room was a nice touch, allowing for a quick morning tea. While the mini-bar was well-stocked, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary toiletries and the availability of free Wi-Fi in public areas, making it convenient to connect while enjoying my stay. Al Jaad strikes a fine balance between cost and comfort, making it a wise choice for both families and solo travelers. It's an engaging option that doesn't require sacrificing quality for affordability. For eco-conscious travelers or wildlife enthusiasts, exploring post-stay adventures in nearby parks can yield plenty of authentic African experiences!
